Old South Competition continues tradition

A three decade strong Newnan High School Band tradition continued this month with the 34th annual Old South Marching Festival and Competition on Nov 2 at Drake Stadium.

“Old South has become a great tradition for Newnan High School,” said Director of Bands for Newnan High School John Erdogan. “It really is a fun, energy-filled, festival type atmosphere. Our students, staff and parents work hard to make Old South an exciting day.”
